I enjoyed greatly meeting this family. They had the most adorable children,

well behaved, and sweet! They were up to taking lots of shots, and we all had fun!! Well

i know i did!! =) Thanks guys for the great night!

This week's theme was purple. Yes, many consider these weeds, but i saw it and had

to put my kidlets in the field and take pics. I love this one b/c i didn't tell Mia

to do that, she did that all on her own!!!

This is a techically horrible picture, but i kept it because

of the memory and moment!!

I HEART FACES: COUNTRY CHALLENGE

Recent Tornado in Billings!! I love my Montana. Mountains, hiking, backpacking

coffee, dining, friends, family. It's the best.

This happened on Father's Day this year. The damage was to our Metra, where our sports,

concerts, graduations, fair are held.

My hubby and i saw funnel clouds forming over our house, then the sirens went off.

So we chased it, brilliant aren't we! =)

These were taken from the car, so they aren't the best quality, but here's

the damage from the tornado!

My Gabriel will be turning one next Monday, and

i honestly feel like i just gave birth to him. What a blessing he has been to us.

I can't stress enough how thankful and privileged i feel to have him as my son.

I obviously feel the same way for my daughter also! =) But here's a little

one year old shoot i did. Enjoy.

Love this photo because it makes me chuckle.

The minute Gabriel came out, he screamed so loud that both of the doctors

that were taking him said "Kristin, that is one loud screamer, I don't

think i have EVER heard a baby that loud."

I was like, oh great, thanks for THAT! Maybe i should invest

in some ear plugs!! Ha! I didn't so don't worry, i'm just

deaf now!

Mrs. Sophia, the amazing 100 Year old woman!

I had the amazing opportunity to shoot Mrs. Sophia. She is 100 years old, and

was on the Today show. She was inspiring, sweet, kind, and had amazing stories to tell.

I think these pictures speak for themselves, and show who she is just by

looking at them. I am honored to have had this privilege to shoot her!

Baby Levi Newborn pics

Exactly a week before i took these pictures, i went to the hospital

and took some very new newborn pics of little Levi.

Then i got the wonderful opportunity to do a photo shoot at his home.

He was extremely fun to hold and look at, and photograph. Gave me the a little bit

of baby fever myself! =)

One of my favorite looks he gave me!

And this little wink was too stinkin cute!

I'm always a sucker for little tiny baby feet!

He was getting upset with me and told me

it was time for me to leave.

Had to show his adorable room.

I really enjoy what i do! This was a fun photo shoot at a park and outside a church. There was yummy sunlight and great catch lights! I really find that i like the "vintage" feel to my pictures. Thanks Jenn for the great day!

I picked this photo because it's one of my favorite of

little Gabriel. From his bottom little teeth and cheesy

smile, makes me fall in love each time i see it!

As far as yellow gos there was a little in his shirt, then i added

Florabella texture and overlayed it.

I love learning more and more about photography.

And my poor children get to be my subject daily!

I don't know if they will thank me one day for the many many

pictures I take of them, or give me a bill for ruined eye sight from their

paparazzi mother!

I'm enjoying the creamy sharp results I'm getting from my new camera.

I like cloudy days because i get a very diffused look for light, and can get

these results!!

"i heart faces" Photo -Hands

This week "i heart faces" challenge was hands, young or old, little chubby ones, or

elderly wise ones.

I got super excited about this contest. Because this image was the first one that popped into my head.

It means alot to me. When our daughter Mia came to us, we were more then thrilled, we were

ecstatic. I don't think i have ever seen a man more in love with his children

or more involved with his children then my husband. He loves to bathe them, read to them,

and just adores them. The feeling is mutal. One day, i walked into our bedroom and found

this little scene. My hubby had his hand on her, and she had wrapped her little chubby beautiful hands

around his fingers. He was talking gently to her, and she was just smiling at him. I love everything

about that moment, i will never forget it. And i love that his wedding ring is in the picture, it shows so

much symbolism for me!!

Zeiler Family Shoot

I had the amazing opportunity to photograph the Zeiler Family!

Meet Jesse, Julie, Jonas, Aiden, and Isaac.

Isaac and Mia are destined to be married some day, ha!

They are a month and a half apart.

We went to a local laundry mat, and had a lot of fun.

Although, there was some very angry older people

there that couldn't wait till we were gone,

but we still had fun!

This blog sight is amazing!! They have some of the MOST talented photographers there. It's fun

to learn and make friends there!!

This week's challenge was texture. I had a TON of fun with this.

This picture has a few different textures. First, i loved the texture her

hat brought. And then i added some texture from totally rad actions, and

Florabella textures.

Meet Isaac. My friend Julie's little boy. He is so sweet, and i think he kinda likes Mia! =)

Meet Hannah

She is a miracle baby. The doctors told her mom that she would

never have any children. Then Hannah came. I still remember the day she told us she was having

this little angel! She was born premature, weighing just two pounds! She was born the same day as Mia, just an hour apart! We are thankful for this family!

She was in that incubator getting "sun rays". She is doing so great now!

Here she is now, 20 months old.

Ok so i had to add a few of my own kidlets! Some moments i couldn't pass up!
